Board approves 2011-2012 School Calendar (2011-2012 School Calendar)  Note changes below in red

The Sumner County School Board revised the 2011-2012 school calendar on Oct 18 as follows -------

December 6-8 3rd grade Constructed Response Assessment
February 7 is now a student instructional day (students attend school this day)
March 6 is now a stockpiled day (no students) to be used for Parent-Teacher Conferences (1-7 pm)
March 8 is now a student instructional day (students attend school this day - not a professional development day) - (end of 3rd nine weeks-45 days)
March 9-16 - Spring Break

New immunization requirements for children enrolling in child care and school. Children who start pre-school, pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 7^th grade, or are a new student starting school in Tennessee for the first time: Click here for more information:

Sumner County School District's Online School Payment (OSP) Portal

TO MAKE A PAYMENT PLEASE CLICK ON THE ABOVE LINK
This service is provided to Sumner County School parents to facilitate payment for school fees for a variety of products and services.

Many Sumner County Schools have begun to use CheckCare to help obtain funds on returned checks.  Clyde Riggs will begin using them immediately to handle return checks.  Your check is welcome, however, we have had many checks returned to the school.   If your check is returned,  it may be re-presented electronically.  You authorize service charges and processing fees, as permitted by state law, to be debited from the same account by paper draft or electronically, at CheckCare's option.

The Panther School Bank will again be open on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month when school begins.
