Student Insurance -
Voluntary
Student accident insurance (School Time Plan/24 Hour Plan/High School
Football Plan/Extended 24 Hour Dental Plan) is available for all
parents/guardians to purchase. This plan is provided by Scholastic Insurors,
P.O. Box 3194, Johnson City, Tennessee 37601 (Telephone:1-800-872-1953).
Applications for this insurance will be made available to you through the
school office. The Sumner County School System does not pay for this plan;
each individual is responsible for the purchase of this insurance coverage.
Brochures are available in your child's respective school office.
